Yes, the office staff are bad. I waited 1 1/2 hour past my appointment time. They over book just like the rest of the medical community in this country, you can thank obama care for that. They wont answer their phone, instead they leave it to the answering service, THEN, they wont return calls. Dr Jung I had no problem with, he is NOT rude. He handled my business quickly and with no BS.

It's a shame the medical groups don't take anything from the reviews. The Dr is nice but I'd tolerate a grumpy old man if it meant better service.

This doctor wins the most rude and incompetent office staff award. I am 60 and have not ever written a bad review before. I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment before they even would acknowledge or speak to me. I watched person after person go in and i was the first appointment of their day. I tried to ask the receptionist what was happening and she slammed the glass door in my face. When it became obvious that they were not going to speak to me, i left.
