It's an okay place to live. I personally didn't have any trouble with any neighbors and the people that worked at the front lobby. They were very nice and helpful but I have to agree that they do charge you for every little thing when you move out even though I cleaned that apartment head to toe! My mother helped me too and we left it spotless and they took nearly 50% of my security deposit which isn't right because they need to improve the apartment inside especially the bathrooms from previous residents. Over time restrooms and showers build up mold & all kind of stuff from the moisture or showers which is understandable but they need to keep an eye on it when they rent it out to future residents/students.

I had the worst experience living here. They charge you for any little thing they can get you with. Pamela is right, the front desk ladies are no help, the RA was more helpful than they ever will be. Do not move there, there are way better options out there!

This place is TERRIBLE! Future residence do not live here. They always charge you for additional things and make you pay last minute so you have to pay extra. The front desk ladies are no help what so ever. The furniture provided are cheap, easily broken, and smell when you first move in. If your last resort is Stonehaven DON'T pick it! You WILL regret it!
