The assistants said they don't do appointments even though I had made appointments about two months ago here. In one of those appointments, I had to fast for a blood draw and they made me wait for hours (about three hours). It was not until I asked the nurse if I can change my appointment and that is when they remembered that I had an appointment for a blood draw and to meet with the doctor. The doctor seems to have too much in her hands and is not very informative and gives enough attention.

My Dr Appointment was w Dr Dorina Castelo. @ 10 am. I waited 2 hrs in the lobby &1 1/2 in a dirty thrift store looking Waiting room. For only The Dr Assistant .( Not my Primary Dr) n also no explanation on why Dr Castelo didn't see me. She just came in gave me a quick look over 15 min visit. Then I was on my way@ 1:30 pm. I was getting a headache for not eating. I have XRay @ Healthcare image & they have very Horrible reviews. I will find out tomorrow @730am. They Should Be Here 2 have a heart n do the best they can to help people in need. Not Show us disrespect.Sad😕

The doctor didn't even know what medication I was talking about when he asked what medication I'm allergic to (Ondansetron). He was extremely rude. The nurse and the lady up front were very nice and we didn't wait long. But the doctor and the lack of being professional killed everything for me. I would not trust this doctor farther than I could throw him.

This is a GREAT urgent care! I don't understand why people are saying everyone was rude. All the ladies that work their are polite. Since when is an urgent care quick? Please go to an emergency room and tell me which is quicker..... probably an urgent care. No one will tend to you right away in your life, so be patient. The office staff here works efficiently and gets you out as quickly as possible.
