Worst customer service ever. They tell you that your 6th in line then an hour later after calling numerous people back your now 7th in line. How does that work?? Did they put people ahead of us that came in after. Never coming here again.

Billing department is HORRIBLE! I paid a bill for services rendered in February . October 9 months later they still can't find my payment. Even after I submitted proof 3 times and being told a supervisor will call me back. I'm still waiting. In the meantime I get red late notices stating I'm X amount of days late. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau known as two other entities [Radnet & Beverly Radiology] Take your business elsewhere!!!

I went there to have my X-ray taken. They said that I have to wait 1 hour. I make sure that they recieved the order from my doctor. I double check it before and just the moment I came to this imaging center. After 1 hour, they ask for the order, but I know they have it. They just wanted me to wait for another hour. They just wasted my time. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and I will write a complain to the President/CEO of this company.

Absolutely horrible place that you should only use as the last resort. They take forever. Chest x rays that take 2 minutes anywhere else are 3 hour wait here with 6 people ahead of you. Plus they can put anyone before you that they like.
