They turn you away if you don't have an appointment. If you want to be seen without an appointment you need to threaten them with legal action. My step daughter has asthma and they only have one doctor that doesn't show up until 10:30am all she need is a damn refill for her inhalers. I'm sure if it was their family members they would be well taken care of. And what's up with the lack of management that is probably the main reason they act irresponsible and violate medical laws.

Waiting times are terrible!
Waited for hours... My gf came in for a blood test and then had to come back because they mishandled her sample... then waited for hours again.
One would think if the lab messed up, they would make every effort to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
The nurses are quite nice, but the receptionists can be a little rude.

Walked in on Friday at 7:35. There were two people ahead of me, and no receptionist. The person in front of me walked around to inform someone that there was a line forming in the lobby. After someone helped the first two, I walked up to put my name on the waiting list. The receptionist informed me the urgent care was by appointment only. Seriously?

I read some of the reviews and they are not good reviews but to be honest the times I was here I liked it. First time I was here got treated quickly, turned out I had bronchitis and they treated me quickly (it was also inexpensive I had no insurance). Second time I went was for birth control and everything was professionally done. I would recommend this place. I'm sure all clinics have there pros and cons but I believe this clinic is worth the try.
