When I first came into Adriana's it was fast and easy. Jose was my representative. He is great! He explains everthing in specific detail and even if he doesn't know an answer to a question, he will find that answer. He is wonderful and made my insurance shopping made easy. His great personality makes it just that much easier. Kudos to you Jose. I hope you read this.
One thing I didn't like was some of the other reps attitudes. I will go in sometimes to make a payment and I get some rude reps or they are not so welcoming. So far I have dealt with three rude reps.
I went to make a payment today and one rep was on the phone with a customer and I glanced over and notice she was on Facebook from her desk, all while talking to a customer. Wow! That's all I could think and also how I would hate to be that customer on that other line.
It was obvious that Jose has much experience under his belt and I would hope he can somehow incorporate his skills into some of these other reps who lack experience.

Staff is very friendly you will get a bigger discount if you pay for the whole year and have multiple cars.

The service I received was excellent. The manager "Lety" was very nice and runs a good ship!
