Fernando Escamilla is a very unprofessional person. He literly cursed at me in front of his Employees and a customer that was there. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he's the owner.. well if that is that case I have to contact cooperate office today later on. He's the face of all state and he is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I personally have allsate I'm going to switch back to AAA. Just because of Fernando Escamilla.

By far the WORST EXPERIANCE EVER! If you are ready for MAJOR HEADACHES then go right ahead. There is HUNDREDS of professional Allstate local agency's. Manager? HA really you call FERNANDO a MGR. Well if you read this YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO TRAINING because you SUCK! you LIE and can careless what goes on . ROSA the receptionist another joke. Overall HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I Have filed a complaint through corporate who is now going to help this garbage out & finding a better agent.
