I am a very frequent hookah smoker. And I can say I am highly impressed with this establishment. I have been to many and this is probably my favorite due to the simple fact no matter the atmosphere I was able to relax or even if I need to work on something work related even have taken calls that needed something for work involving my higher ups. I've been here multiple times and it was always an amazing atmosphere.

Well first off let me start by saying i am a hookah lounge reviewer and have been doing this for around 4 yrs now. I have done the review of the Starbuzz lounge in Las Vegas and since then has become the hookah loinge above all I have reviewed. Going into the starbuzz riverside location i expected the same customer service and quality from the Vegas lounge, but i was wrong. First and foremost, they did not offer too smoke out of the starbuzz stem hookahs. I ask and the gentleman said they were for "personnel use only", which is unacceptable. Second i had too pay extra too use the Starbuzz maximus hose, which again is unacceptable in a Starbuzz lounge. It took around 6 too 7 mins for my hookah too be brought too me and they had just opened up. The tray was still wet and as all smokers know, they can lead too burnt out coals, my friends hose was dirty as u could see old shisha in the tip of the hose. It took them about 30 mins too come back around for coals and we had too get there attention first. After i had smoked for awhile i got hungry and saw that the menu had food, well they didnt sell food anymore..which means there menu was out dated. I then ordered and pineapple head and asked for there opinion on what would be good inside it and they didnt knw, anyine working in a lounge should knw what goes with what as most ppl in lounge are doing it as a group thing and they themselves dont knw much about hookah. I have been smoking for over 10 yrs. I highly doubt id go back too this Starbuzz lounge cuz in no way does it show or set the example that Starbuzz (at this location at least) is the place or brand of shisha too smoke.

Great music. Great hookahs that are really clean to where I can see through the vase! The people are really chill and the employees are really nice and welcoming. The decor of it is really nice and clean.
