Its nice dealing with your pharmacist on a one on one basic,rather than dealing with the big pharmacys like CVS and Rite Aid .The staff is so nice and friendly. Also where else can you go and get a free soda while you wait on your prescriptions to be filled. 5 Stars to you ABC

Hands-down, the absolute best pharmacy I have ever gone to. ABC Pharmacy completely blows all big-name pharmacies out of the water - I will never even consider going anywhere else after the great experience I've had with the folks at ABC for the past year. Where do I even begin?

1. Fast, friendly, personal service - They call me directly on my cell to verify, confirm, and update me on the progress of all my new prescriptions. When I call them, the phone is immediately answered by one of their friendly staff, and I can speak with the pharmacist directly if I have the need.

2. Extremely quick - they've called me about my prescription before I've even left the parking lot of my Dr's office. When I show up with a paper script, they'll fill it in under 15 minutes and will even give you a free drink while you're waiting. Also, they have four (count it, 4!) people at their front desk doing customer service, so when you go in you rarely even have to wait in line.

3. They go the extra mile - they have battled my insurance with prior authorizations (PAs), they've re-submitted and updated failed PAs to make them go through successfully, and they've made numerous calls and inquiries to my doctor's office and insurance company all on my behalf.

4. Affordable prices - they've worked with my multiple times to come up with a fair price for medicines that my insurance won't cover.

5. They will mail you your prescription to your door - I believe the convenience of this speaks for itself.

6. Community-oriented - their associates seem to speak all the common languages found in the Riverside area, and their staff is representative of the population they serve.

Overall, I cannot say enough good things about ABC Pharmacy, and this is just a short list off the top of my head. They completely changed my perceptions of what quality medical care looks like from pharmacies and pharmacists. It's so weird to be this excited about a pharmacy and to be raving about it on internet reviews, but they are just light years ahead of their competitors in all respects. If I can help it, I will never go anywhere else but ABC. Do yourself a favor and switch your pharmacy over - the only thing you will regret is not doing it sooner.

I've been going to pharmacies for my medication for the past 11 years and this is by far the only one that doesn't feel like torture being in. The staff are ALL top-tier and very focused on their work. They're always incredibly polite and professional and not to mention quick. They also call you if you don't pick up a prescription, which is helpful for people with short term memory loss like me. They'll even mail it if you'd like!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent service. Convenient location. Mail service available. Free cold drink when you are there to pick up prescription(s).
