I was rear-ended at 55 miles mph and was suffering from upper back and neck pain. I was apprehensive and did not know a lot about physical therapy. Dr. Mike listened carefully to my description of pain and set-up a regiment to relieve muscle spasms and stiffness. I work with Tae or Dr. Mike twice a week, they provide massage therapy and exercise routines which have improved my neck/arm mobility. I look forward to my sessions and feel that I am progressing quickly. I would also like to compliment Dr. Mike on his staff, they are all congenial and efficient. Prime therapy is definitely a happy place.

I'm improving and learning what to do daily to lessen back pain. They are friendly, compassionate and professional.

This is the fourth physical therapy facility that I have tried and this one is the best one!!! Have you seen any PT place open 11 hours a day?!! They work so hard ;((( They work as a team and they want to take care of you. I have faith to recover from here! Thank you guys! I really don't want to write this review as if more people get in, it will be hard to make appointments for myself haha...

I was referred to Prime Therapy after spinal fusion surgery from a Cedars Sinai trained surgeon who stated that he only refers to Prime Therapy. Boy, was I impressed! I've been to other PTs but the staff are the best--extremely professional, kind, and most importantly, very well trained in their field. I have fully recovered and am functioning at 100%. Dr. Mike, and his staff--especially Claire, his front office manager make you feel so welcome, you really look forward to coming to physical therapy every week! I have never been treated so well and felt so much better. Prime Therapy is great!!
