This particular 7-11 has bad customer service. The tall guy who works during the early morning hrs. on Sunday has terrible manners. He is lazy as hell and is always on his cellphone. The old guy is like him too, but without the phone part. Luckily there's a closer 7-11 down the street, off of Indiana Ave., that best represents the 7-11 brand. I will go to that one from now on. I should also mention that they have gas stations at the Indiana Ave. location too.

I found myself in need of oral flavoring so I stopped into this convenience store for some delicious chewing gum. While in the process of selecting said chewing gum I noticed a middle eastern, Arab, Indian or some form of non native-American behind the counter. I was very frightened and feared for my safety. I was just about to yell for help (thinking I may be the victim of a terrorist attack/bombing).
I was astonished to find the young man could speak clear and concise English. He also smiled and was friendly! Wow, I am not as scared as I was on 9/11. I was able to get out of there with gum and my life. Very pleased

I went into the store and made a purchase with my card. The next morning I checked my account, they deducted the original amount plus an additional $20.
I had to have Chase cancel my card. I called the store, the manager said he had no idea how this could happen.
Do not trust this store.
