I have always enjoyed KFC, but my kids kids had never gone so this was their first experience. The place was not very clean and the server would not let us swap sides on the meal combos, something I have always been able to do at other stops. Then, after the meal was over, the bathroom was disgusting and had no way to dry hands. Very disappointing.

Rarely is the dining room ever clean. The quality is horrible. Management is weak.

Rate you visit. Making the Order today asking the sales person this meal has bone? The response was, WHAT? DOES IT HAS BONES? THE ANSWER was I don't know.
Can you ask? When calling for the meal to pick up the whole order is wrong. The girl said when you order a cup this is what you get. I said, I did not order a cup. I ordered the Nashville hot sandwich. The girl said we just add the spicy sauce. At this point I just tell the girl do what you need to do to fix my order. That person needs training behind the desk. We all need training to do a good job.
Let them think you are a fool than open your mouth and prove it.

Food was good and Lisa was very attentive to the customers as she went around cleaning everything in the place.
She definitely improved the visit and for that I gave it a 5 star rating.

The employees are not the problem. They are friendly and hard working. The problem is there isn't enough of them. This place is horribly understaffed. Usually only two people working. Most I've seen is three at dinner time. Usually first in line and always waiting to place an order. Half the tables are a mess. Getting food takes forever.
