Did have a problem with a promotion but it was resolved later with customer service. Did order something with chilli, as you should, but felt it wasn't as hot as it should be.

I grew up with Tommys. From the womb, so I am baised lol. The food is great. If you love a nice messy burger This place is for you. If you don't like messy burger it's okay just make sure they don't wrap the burger. Enjoy!

Hard to rate... When in the mood for chili burger it is a 5 star. I rated 4 stars because of the limited menu. So everyone in your party must be in the mood for, at least, hamburger and fries.
Always a clean restaurant and pleasant employees.

Food is definitely better than your average, basic, fast food chili place. Prices are reasonable, and chili sauce is decent, but not great. Only complaint is the drive thru was pretty slow, however I did not take that into account in my 4 star rating as I'm sure it is not a normal occurrence.
This place is a solid 4 stars based on taste and price of the food.
