Driver took our order and money then left on a delievery after lot of confusion they found our pizza. never got a reciept. very unorganized. Gave them another chance. and the guy took ny order and my daughter and I waited thirty min and the guy gives us a cheese pizza instead of what we ordered. He charxed us for a 2 item pizza. We had to wait another 30. The manager told thats to bsd it was a mistake. Idiots leading idiots.

Pizza was free but the wait was long. To many girls with nasty nose rings grossed me out.

First time every having a problem at papa johns. I usually order pizza once or twice a month (yes we love our pizza lol). I order online because they have great deals. Well long story short I ordered a pizza at 3:30 had it set to deliver at 6:00pm. The driver showed up at 6:26 (yes 26 minutes late) now that wasn't the main problem. Once I got ready to sever the pizza to my family it was COLD. Yes, everything was COLD. So I called papa johns and explained my concerns and problem to the young lady on the phone. So she sent me to the manager. Once on the phone with the manage Legacy, I then explained what happened. How I ordered the pizza hours earlier and it took 26 minutes to deliver and it was cold. She then explained how the computer shows things late (understandable, but not my fault) and then let's me know how they had a lot of orders and that's why it was so slow. (Again understandable but not my fault). She had a little attitude with me that then upset me. As if I did something wrong to her 😑. After her and I going back and forth. She then tells me I can wait a hour for another pizza or she will give me 35% off my next pizza ( which is $7 off whoopie). After all that mess she gave me a "free pizza" and that will be the LAST time I ever go to papa johns!!! I refuse to pay for something and get horrible service and cold food.

Delivery fees are getting out of hand. They are a very misleading and gouges the customers. I probably won't order anymore pizza for delivery anymore. There are plenty of other places around that don't charge $4 to deliver .25 miles.

Not happy ,I read a promotion to a clerk from the papa johns website. Unfortunately I didn't understand that 2 pizzas with 2 toppings for 8 dollars, was for one pizza only. I told the clerk I was feeding a class room, that I would take two orders. So I thought I was getting 4 pizzas. I thought I was getting a deal, but apparently it's My fault that the clerk couldn't understand what I was saying or offer feedback that it didn't seem like enough with just 2 pizzas. I called the manager and it's great he stuck up for his employee, but didn't make it right. Get it together papa johns!
