Was told to call after 12 noon for results of lab tests. Dr Scott in surgery. Told tech to have him call me b4 going home and was told okay. He looked at results but didn't think important enough to call me. It could wait until Monday. My pet is just as important as the one he operated on! He left b4 closing so there was ample time to call!! Can't find out results until Monday but since I'm writing this , I'll be lucky to get ANY information period. Looking for a vet that loves animals

We came in as a walk in because our 12 year old Chihuahua was having a hard time breathing and they helped us almost immediately and the doctor was very helpful and the nurse was so kind. Unfortunately our little pup passed away but they offered us a cremation and a customized urn with her name and a clay paw print. Their pricing seemed pretty reasonable. And their staff was very kind. Thank you for your help.

The staff at the front desk was incredibly rude. My 5 year old daughter and I heard and saw a tiny kitten in the parking lot running around like crazy and decided since we couldn't catch it ourselves to at least notify the staff at this place. I knew that the kitten was likely feral but my daughter, who has a heart of gold, begged me to let them know and see if maybe they could try to save it.

We walked in, not even a hello or an acknowledgement and there were THREE people standing behind the desk. We stood there for several minutes without a word or eye contact. Finally they asked if we were there for pick up and I said no and told them of the situation. They all rolled their eyes and said, well what do you want us to do about It? Which is fine, had it have just been me. But I explained to them, as my daughter stood there crying, the situation. Again, they said what are we supposed to do. So I explained that I just wanted to see if rescuing a kitten was something that they did. Only then did the one with sleeved tattoos understand what I was trying to say. She very rudely replied well I GUESS I can go out there. All while my daughter is still crying. So I turned to my daughter and started to explain. She then said she would be outside in a few minutes. I gave her a coupleof minutes before we left.

Look, I get it. It was a feral cat but we could have done without the blatant rude attitude and ridiculous looks. It was absolutely unnecessary. I also totally understand that it was probably one of the most left field things someone came in for that day. Maybe even ever. But the first impression was far less than stellar with zero acknowledgement when we walked in and even further less so with the attitude that came from them.
