The wait time is ridiculous, I have waited more then a hour for simple ear taping which takes 5 minutes, on multiple occasions. The staff just states they are short staffed( which is issue that could be fixed) but they choose not to. Very inconsiderate, I have already paid for the ear cropping and the taping so I am stuck do the service given, if not I would not come back. If you choose to spend your day at the vet and have nothing else to do come to this animal hospital.

Dr. Estrada is very kind and understanding. I have had nothing but good experiences with her.

Dr Jezbera and staff are great vets who've saved several of my dogs' lives over the last few decades. Only dinging a point because wait times can be really long at times.

Always ready to see my dogs (no appointments needed). Nice professional staff and very good price.
