There okay better then wilson dental were someone the there tried to raise there hand to my child. But Eastmen sometimes need work but not that bad all around.

I had a dentist that asked if I wanted the easy or hard way to fill my tooth. Than he rinsed my mouth and filled the cavity without removing the decay. So now more pain to get it fixed. They just don't care about the service they are providing and getting paid for. Sad

The people at the front desk are very unpleasant and the dentist period they don't work on the problem they fix what they wanna fix

This place is the worst- both locations are horrible. Every time I've gone, they seem unorganized and unprepared. After complaining about tooth pain, I was told to wait until it got worse and come in as an emergency?? After 3 or 4 of the same experiences, I just gave up. Now I just received a phone call saying that a bill from them had went to collection, even though I don't remember ever getting a bill from them and not paying, and absolutely never received a phone call about it. Now I'm stuck digging through a year's worth of records to see what happened...definitely not worth the hassle.
