Well above average dental experience. I have had a lengthy dental history and have never been to a place that had such caring, informative, and punctual staff. There is never more than a 5 minute wait for appointments, staff is very friendly / takes your concerns into consideration, they are very professional and fill you in on the best treatment options to fit your dental needs. I have been to many different dental facilities in the Rochester area and this is by far the best one especially considering how well they work with you in every aspect. It is hard to find good care if your a student working part time depending on your health insurance and I consider myself lucky to have found a place like this.

Absolutely horrible service! And it's not the first time. Definitely time to go somewhere else. To describe my most recent disappointment......I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I was not seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled time, not to mention they ran out of time and by the time my x-rays were done, I had to reschedule my cleaning.

I only went because they take Medicaid and will not be back. I have no issues with the dentist and have a good pain threshold, but the cleaning I got from the hygienist was brutal. My hands were gripping the arms of the chair and tears were running down the sides of my face. I told the hygienist she was hurting me, and she asked "the numbing gel isn't working?" They hadn't told me they were using it. She continues and some minutes later I raise a hand and tell her again that she's hurting me badly, and with exasperation in her voice she snaps that she's almost done. Afterward, I tell the dentist about it and he did not care at all. He just insinuated to me that I had a problem with the dentist in general.
Don't go anywhere near this place.
