Staff was nice to speak with face to face. But calling over the phone, incredibly rude. I was told first visit was free, a few weeks later I received a bill, and papers that looked like I opened a line of credit to cover some costs. The bill she said was a mistake on their end, and would cancel it. Great. When asking her about the paper work I received about the credit, instead of asking questions or trying to explain, she simply says in the rudest tone "Well, you signed the paper, so really, it's on you.".... Not a great thing to say in customer service. I signed it, yes, but I'm trying to clarify what the paperwork is saying.

The woman doing xrays is also rude. An employee who was clearly new at using the machine was trying, and the woman stomps in the roof, clearly upset, rips the plastic from my mouth and tried shoving it back in the right way. She scraped the whole underside of my gum and just says "well, open up." Like I'm suppose to just know what this woman is going to do before saying it.

It seems like people get frustrated here quickly. Fine, do not take it out of your staff in front of customers, and do not take it out in customers themselves. Would not come here again, would not refer people here either.

One stop shopping; if you need expertise, you can go to another local office if it isn't offered at your office; or Aspen will give you a referral to a reputable specialist when necessary. They follow up too! For cleanings, they are gentle and thorough, especially with flossing. Before coming to Aspen Dental, I used to get sliced gums when flossed during cleanings. Now my gums are healthy and I get a neck roll/pillow to accommodate my cervical bone spur for comfort during cleaning and other dental care.

The work I had done was completed in a timely manner and was painless. My only issue is the amount of time I spent waiting to be seen. I had an 11am appoint but was not brought back until 11.40. From that point the appointment was very quick and painless. I had shots of Novocain that were administered without any pain.
