Gone in twice with a prescription to get glasses and the optical clerk was not very friendly or helpful. In fact the entire office seems very not customer service friendly. If you don't care about selling me a pair of lenses and frames, I will go somewhere that does want my business and not treat me as an inconvenience. This isn't the only retail optical center in town and many more have much more customer friendly hours. Go somewhere else.

New patient, in the market for a new doctor, glasses & contacts. As requested I showed up 10 min early and 55 min later I'm still sitting in the waiting room. Multiple staff members just hanging out and talking meanwhile I'm sitting right there in front of them. Front desk never checked me in and misplaced my paperwork which had my personal information. Needless to say I just left. No apologetic call after the fact from upper management. Perfect example of how NOT to treat a new client! Don't waste your time folks!

They handled my emergency eye problem at 8:30 at night with care and professionalism. I am very thankful.

Awful! I am a new patient. Had an eye exam 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I am still waiting for my trial contact lenses today. I have called and been told someone is going to look into it and call me back. No one ever did. Called again today, still no trials. I finally said can you just give me my prescription so I can order lenses some where else? Response: The doctor isn't here today. I will have him write it for you tomorrow. Unapologetic about any of this. I will not return there once I have my prescription given to me. Horrible customer service. You would think they would value a new patient. So not the case!
