A much better experience than Strong if you need emergency attention. You'll be seen MUCH sooner than you would be at Strong. Staff are friendly and hospitable. Facilities are kept clean. Only exception is anything obscure or life-threatening - Strong is better equipped with supplies for this.

This hospital is not what I used to be, feels like I overstayed my welcome. Came in for the birth of my child and was induced and admitted for a total of 6 days. Some of the staff was unprofessional and seemed like they didn't want to be here. The worst part is when my child stopped breathing, the "code blue" call lights were not working. Very scary moment during an emergency. I appreciate the one nurse that did rush to help, however it took a long time for more help to come. I honestly will be looking for other hospitals for future births.
However I really enjoy staff with the women's midwifery group, Julana Spaulding especially. However this hospital just wasn't for me.

Everything was excellent from the first rate care from the doctors and nurses to the food. It is obvious they care about their patients and what they do.

Worse service ever, over 4 hours wait time to be seen, don't waste your time here.

I had a surgery on my apendisites. The staff did a fantastic job on the surgery and the service in the recovery room was amazing. i was fully pleased with my experience at Highland Hospital.
