They are open from 8:00 to 5:00 but I've tried about 6 times to call and they never answer the phone. I'm on hold forever and ever.....No one is picking up. Good thing this is not super important. Are they short staffed or what???

Friendly staff, always able to call and talk to someone. Prescriptions are handled in a timely manner....good experience.

I have called on a number of occassions only to be on hold for in excess of 15mins on any given day. I have stood in front of the secretaries as they converse about non-office matters waiting to be serviced. I have observed them put callers on hold and ignore/forget about them.
If my doctor wasn't so awesome I would definately NOT continue with this group. Not to mention the constant mistakes with my prescription refills.
Considering taking the loss of my physician.
