Just really great customer service all around. Ruth and Tabatha especially have been wonderful. Every time I've called, I get their full attention and respect.

I purchased Allstate coverage for my car back when a man named Mike was the primary agent for the area agency. Mike was good, I had no complaints about the service I got. Then Mike retired/moved on and I got news that Yuliana would be filling the spot that Mike left.

As with any change in management I assumed there would be a bit of a rough transition period. The transition period was anything but that. I got a call from Yuliana shortly after about my current coverage and any questions about new coverage. She helped me get nicely situated with some renters insurance while I had an apartment.

The response times from her agency are incredibly fast. I remember trying to send an email on a Friday after 6pm and thinking I wouldn't have to worry about looking at my email account until Monday. I was wrong. That response come rolling in about half an hour later (thanks Taylor!) with all the answers I needed. It was a nice surprise and worked out great because I was in the middle of less than straight-forward house purchase.

Overall I don't have a single bad thing to say about my experience so far.

These guys are educated and aren't afraid to speak the truth. Something you don't always get with insurance agents. Love this agency!

Road side assistent is not the only thing that Allstate has to offer, Yurkevich agency went out of their way to call in the tow truck and followed through until the car was at the shop. Thank you!!!
