Great facility and great coaching. Bedroc is a very family friendly atmosphere and great for all ages. Everyone works as a team and helps each other with technique or motivation. Sensei John and Sensei John Jr have a great way to make sure everyone is involved and understands what they are teaching no matter the class size. I can highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get into better shape all the way to looking to fight.

The BJJ/Judo program here is top-notch. In addition to providing great training, they are also able to uniquely cater to almost all experience and fitness levels to help people reach their goals. This gym has dedicated clientele that range anywhere from serious MMA fighters to people just trying to get in shape. Not many MMA gyms have the welcoming atmosphere and family-mentality that BEDROC has.

Take your Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA training and fitness to the next level (beginner to athlete) at BEDROC MMA! Train in an atmosphere where people are like your 2nd family. Not to mention they have the BEST instructors I have ever met. You've got to come and try a out a class!!
