Lattimore of Gates-Chili Physical Therapy

I went to Lattimore PT and Julie was very friendly, professional and thorough in getting my paperwork together, my scheduling completed and assigning Doug as my therapist. I needed work on my neck, lower back, shoulders and legs from a fall at work. The 45 minutes spent with Doug was extremely beneficial. I hated to end my seasons but that was pre-surgical therapy. Had my cervical fusion surgery 4 weeks ago and is now ready to place my care back in the hands of Doug. I cannot understand the negative reviews, if you follow the therapist's instructions at the facility and also your home instructions, you're guaranteed to see/feel improvements. Can't wait to start my therapy. Thank you Lattimore.

I would highly recommend anyone needing physical therapy attend the Lattimore/Gates facility. I worked with Jeff McGivern, and received excellent care! During my time there, Jeff continuously assessed my progress and made adjustments to keep the treatment plan effective. He offered just the right balance of challenge and encouragement, and gave me the information I needed to continue working on my own. Besides the great care from Jeff, the facility is very comfortable and ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate the help I received there!

My rehab and recovery process started at Gates Lattimore Physical Therapy. Doug Friend was my therapist from the beginning he was great. Going from no movement in my arm to full recovery in movement. He is extremely knowledgeable in theapy. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank You

Lattimore physical therapy in Gates,is a great place to rehab whatever is ailing you. The staff is second to none,they are very detailed in your rehab/recovery process. Most of all they care about each individual,which makes the process of recovery a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this facility for physical therapy.I personally would like to thank the whole staff for helping me get better!!

The experience was very pleasant considering the reason for being there. The staff always is there for your needs. Julie always was very helpful with the administrative side. Doug and Alicia were there for all my physical needs to help return my shoulder movement. The patience with me is appreciated.
The working environment was well maintained.
