Great little neighborhood diner. Not fancy in any way, but great food, friendly service, and a comfortable homey place.

I've dined in this restaurant since early childhood, when it was formerly known as the Copper Penny. I give it a 4, because I still like the the establishment but it's not as classy as it was when I was a child. It once had fancy carpeting and lovely brass light fixtures. Now it has a classic commercial tiled floor and feels more like I am in the restaurant on Seinfeld. But..the staff are friendly and service is quick. It is in one of Rochester's best neighborhoods; the South Wedge! So you're bound to feel comfortable and enjoy your experience.

Always delicious. I usually order to-go and it's ready fast. The banana walnut french toast is unbelievable - it's banana walnut bread made into french toast (not just normal french toast with bananas and walnuts on top) topped with sliced banana and served with banana butter.
I also like the country breakfast. The sausage gravy is thick and heavy on the sausage.

This is me favorite place... I frequent here often.
The wait staff and cooking staff is the best. The food is fresh. And cooked well. And the crowd is like cheers
