Stay away from using the Chico office of this firm. Unprofessional, unpleasant, unresponsive and bordering on just plain rude. Seriously one of the worst financial services organizations I've ever had the displeasure to work with.

I have been a customer for a couple of years. They have handled my Solo 401k retirement plan very well. They are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Jeff is the manager for my account and his response time to questions or problems is amazingly fast. His advice has been consistently helpful and accurate. I did shop around before settling on them and their prices are MUCH better than most of these types of companies. Significantly more affordable than any others I found.
It just does not get much better than this for retirement account management.
