State Farm: David Kite

After considering two equivalent policies I took a boat policy with State Farm. A couple of months later they canceled the policy in the middle. When I went back to the other insurance carrier the price had gone up. It appears State Farm and the Kite agency decided to make up new terms and excuses so they can maximize profits. They did not care enough to at least complete their year contract.
I had to spend my time again to shop for insurance and wish I had taken the other policy.
To me it seems State Farm only cares about the $ and they will sell you down the river (so to speak) in a heartbeat.

My wife has been with State Farm for almost 30 years and I have been with them for 17 years, we recently had a fender bender and a break in to one of our vehicles. David has been and is extremely accommodating helping us keep our claim moving and resolving any issues that arise.
