I have been with the Yates office, since 1998 and have received nothing but the best service. Mike has always been very attentive to helping me save money and get the best for my dollar.

Mike not only handles my personal insurance, but also my commercial business liabilities. His office handles a wide variety of insurance needs. I highly recommend him and his lovely staff.

I have been with Eugene Yates Insurance my entire driving career. They came highly recommended to me, and I in turn highly recommend them.

Luz has been my agent over the years and never disappoints. She is kind, smart, and always takes care of me. Every year, around my auto insurance renewal, she gets in touch to let me know what is happening with my policy and searches for ways to save me money. Whether it be finding me new discounts I am eligible for or inquiring about my annual miles driven to see if I am in the appropriate rating categories.

This is the one place where I know they have my best interest at heart and where they care about saving me money! I highly recommend Eugene C Yates Insurance and their world class agents.

Eugene Insurance Agency is fantastic! They are so helpful and provide amazing customer service. They aren't interested in getting the most out of their customers rather than providing the most for their customers. This family based agency knows how to take care of their clients. I have been with them for years and seriously cannot recommend them enough. LuzRaquel has to be one of the most courteous and welcoming employee. Eugene Insurance Agency is the choice to pick!!

They are the best! They are professional and friendly, courteous and responsive, and not to mention all the employees are very helpful. In my past experiences, LuzRaquel has been the most attentive to helping me get the best deal on insurance. She has the best customer service and has helped me for years now. I can count on Eugene Yates Insurance to have the perfect insurance for my needs. I definitely recommend this broker to anyone! Check them out and you will stick with them for years!

These folks are great! Really customer-focused and interested in providing you with what you need--not just selling you a policy. It's family owned, and they like to take care of locals. I recently chatted with one of their agents, "Ashley", and I've never had a better experience from an insurance customer representative. The fact they have real people in offices in the Sacramento area is great, too. When I make my final decision on insurance, I'm going to go to the office just so I can meet them.
