Really helpful and knowledgeable employees. I only ever come in for small-scale, hobbyist type stuff, and they're patient and help me figure out what I need. They don't try to upsell me, either, which I really appreciate. Great place!

Awesome shop! Just renamed from Green Thumb and this shop is run by a real business man. The shop is clean and the customer service is excellent. They sell my top choice in nutrients, Cutting Edge Solutions. The finest! Good luck John!

These guys are incompetent when it comes to growing, and equip. They quoted me 118 on a soil probe, I asked them to be sure of the price. Then when I showed up the price was 179.99 and they didn't fulfil their quoted price. Found at another grow store for 149.99. Don't waste your time or money here.

When it comes to quality horticulture products, knowledgeable staff & competitive prices, you would be hard pressed to find a better hydro shop than Grower Supply House. Not only do they offer some of the best/latest horticulture products/equipment in the industry, they have a staff that knows what they are doing and they truly care about their customers. Unfortunately I'm on a tight budget so I don't have a lot of money to drop on supplies/equipment. However, regardless of how much (or how little in my case, lol) money I spend there, John (Manager), Frank, Alfie, Brandon & Ralph (Staff) have treated me with the same respect and dignity that they show all their customers. These guys aren't just trying to sell you things that you don't need to make a little money. Yes, they do want to make sales, obviously they have to keep the lights on, however their main incentive is to help you achieve your horticultural goals, the customers satisfaction always comes first. Grower Supply House is my #1 Go-To hydro shop and I will continue to do business with them for many years to come.

I was looking for a better supply house at the end of last year, I read some reviews on Grower Supply House and everything seemed great. After visiting I quickly realized that not only was their selection and prices outstanding but their staff is phenomenal! I will never go to another shop even if one opened walking distance from my house because this place is that good! Also their special order process is like nothing I have ever seen, this became my one stop shop!
