Customer service is not too great. They charge you for every little thing like extra tomatoes or lettuce. They don't give ranch for free, make you pay for it. The burgers taste dry and plain. Take your money somewhere else.

Typically slow service. Charges extra for water cups and extra sause packets. Does take all BK cupons though. Staff is friendly.

They love their salt. After learning from my mistakes, I began to order fried without salt. Ordered onion rings one day and it was salted, so the next time I ordered onion rings I made sure to tell them I didn't want salt. Went into a little back and forth with the guy who took my order (politely told him about my onion rings I recieved before were salted) I just wanted to make sure these will not be...overall just got really annoyed with the disrespect I received from him, didn't bother to apologize for the mishaps or just tell me ok...but rather want to chuckle at me and defend that it was impossible for it to be salted cause they don't salt their onion rings. Will not be going here anymore. Will not recommend
