First time here and my experience was bad. The employee taking my order in the drive thru sounded lazy and uninterested. She asked if that was all and I said yes and that was it. No Thank you,nothing.same lazy greeting at the window and asked me if I wanted sauce three times. The other employee was on her phone while making the food. Pathetic.

I love Jack in the Box, but not this one. I came here for lunch and the manager at first refused to let me use the bathroom (it's locked) unless I ordered my food first. None of the other places I've been to nearby are like that.
Then she asked a man for ID for his credit card for a large order and he said he didn't have it. She told him she wouldn't let him use it again unless he had id next time because it's policy. Now I understand why someone who stole my credit card was able to buy $30 worth of food at Jack in the Box.
Lastly, a man came in and asked for water and she charged him for it. Be didn't have enough money and left. That really hurt to watch. I've never been charged for a cup of water and I'm wondering if they only charge people who look homeless. That seems so inhumane and yes I bought the man some water.
Overall, this place left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't even want to eat there anymore so I took my food to go.
Food was great, store was clean, but I'd never come back here again.

came here around 2:30 am(as I work late) through the drive through and waited 5mins for someone to take my order and no one answered. I went to the window and I can clearly see an employee sitting down through the drive through window. I honked a few time didn't even look at me. wait there for 5 more mins, still nothing. Drove around the building and went back to see if anyone would answer, nope. I left and went back to work hungry. Super poor services. Open 24hrs?? will never come here again.
