Lalo's is a block away from my house, so I patronize it often. The menu is extensive and the food is fairly typical of what you'd find at a Mexican restaurant. Last time I bought a carne asada burrito there were grilled sweet peppers in it which was a nice touch (3 star review if not for that). The staff are polite, and the culture is very Mexican. Being White I feel out of place, but not in a way that reflects badly on Lalo's - it's a bit like traveling to Mexico. The food is a bit pricy. $7 and change for a burrito.

Top quality food been coming here for many years I heard people mention prices going up well that's inflation normal prices for this quality food street taco still $1.50 all other prices are spot on for location quality and authentic Mexican food ask for there Chipotle sauce unique yummy

I always order to go, and am NEVER disappointed. Watching the food be prepared is my favorite part of this place. It's always packed, and in a small building. Delicious and amazing!

Great place w very decent food. Prices have gone up a bit but service is still top notch. Huaraches and molcajetes are my faves. Thirsty? Order the large drink. 😂😂
