Ps: have been going here for almost 10 years.. all the bad reviews are the ppl that haven't found their right place to get their nails done by the same person all the time! At each and every salon there will be a person that absolutely doesn't know what they are doing just like with any other occupation...hairstylist., facials., waxing,. Chiropractor.,...etc. Not everyone loves their job! find your person, make an apt and stick with them. Best advice to everyone, stick with your person, call and make an apt.

I would give them 0 stars for my overall experience. Me and a friend when to American Nails a week ago. I was over charged for my nails. I also purchased a spa pedicure, which was terrible. The pedicure I received was by far the WORST pedicure. I have experience in my whole 22 years of living. My little cousin who is FIVE does I better job. My toe nail poish started to chip within 2 days. When I went to get the nail fixed. The lady who originally did my pedicure tried to just slap on another coat of nail poish to fix the toe nail. When I asked her to remove the poish first she acted like she could not understand me( last time that was not the case). I had to literally say "exuse me " SIX times until she looked up. Long story short the whole time the empolyee spoke their native language talking about me. I felt very uncomfortable as one could imagine. One of them even left her station to walk over to pedicure station where I was sitting see what they were talking about, then acted like she went to see something eles. I don't have to speak the language to know I am beening talked about in a negative way. More then 90% for communication is nonverbal. If you are looking to have relaxing and positive experience at nail salon. I highly suggest another salon. I would hate for anyone to go through what I did. Don't say you weren't warned. My wife went in to get her nails done, had been going a few times before. The only person in the entire nail shop that can do nails is the owner, she had gotten them done by the owner the first time so was fooled. The last time she went the owners son did her nails and did a horrible job! And was rude on top of it! Never going back again!
