Great care for my fur babies. Not overpriced very reasonable. Knowledgeable Dr do not try to sell me on something I didn't need.

I was referred to this vet by a friend. I made an appointment to bring my dog in to be seen. I was told to show up 10 mins before schedule to fill out paperwork. When I got there I was told to be seated to wait to be called. The clerks called others that arrived after I did to the desk then they noticed I was still waiting so asked who I was and how long I was sitting. I waited for over 20mins to be asked to come to the desk then was told my dog could not be seen because my appointment time passed. Wasted my day and my dog wasn't seen

Very good service. My other half usually handles vet visits, and this was my first time there. Everything was explained at my knowledge level of pets and they did not sell me on anything I didn't already ask about. Everyone is friendly and willing to listen. 1 star reviews on Google are not factual to the level of service this business provides. Will use them as long as I am in Sacramento.
