Always courteous, professional and they always can be counted on to do what you need. I really appreciate the van service. It makes it so much easier to leave my car! I feel they are honest and trustworthy.

Joe Mercado Jr. really did a great job taking care of us. Very professional he treats you like a person, not like the usual salesman who I really hate to deal with. Thank you very much Joe. Think of going back to him soon for more business.

This was the quickest and most pleasant dealership experience I ever had. They try to presssure me into buying add ones. Total time spent at the dealer between negotiating a deal to signing the paperwork was an hour. All the staff was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Exceptional service, friendly service professionals. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Joe Gale helped with the drop off of my vehicle, August shuttled me to and from work and Tiffany helped me with the pick up of my vehicle. They were all great! Superb at what they do and Tiffany went above and beyond! Thanks so much!

Toyota of Scranton is the best Dealership in our area. The showroom is awesome and the service is great.
Best of all they wash your car on every visit. Truly a 5-Star experience. Bonnie Weber makes me feel like I am their most valuable customer .
