This Center may have the best of doctors and medical people but except for a few, the center is managed very poorly. Two daughters have left and want nothing to do with the place and it's primarily due to the fact that patient to office communication is of the poorest. This past week I spent 65 minutes trying to get through with a simple request and eventually hung up. My request was satisfied only by me having to travel to their office. This is not a one time occurence but has been that way for years especially with my wife's need to make appointments. Recently a formal complaint has been made and signed and I still have not heard from the administrator. If you need an appointment you better have a lot of time and patience. The phone service is ridiculous and always has been.....for years. If it wasn't for the doctor(s) the place would be history. Management does need medical help....they need their ears examined. So far....not by just my family but by many others....the complaints go to deaf ears. The Center has lost patients simply because they are essentially living on another planet and can't subscribe to another phone line. The previous revuer was correct, though, in describing that office person that couldn't be nicer and is one that has nothing to do with the problem. The place is ridiculous ! ! !
