.......u sit up to 58 MINS waiting on a,nurse to answer the,bell and when they do EXPECT ATTITUDEthecrehap staff are wonderful now theyDthey DESERVE 5STARSTH2ND FLOOR NU4SING ATAFF IS A,DIFFERENT RATIN GVNGATIVE STARS OF THAT WAS POSSIBLE...IM MOVING 0N TO DIFFETENT SKILLEDREHSB IB SC4ANTON MAY BE THERE THE Ptient,will get the proper care our ins id,pfor....i know my in is,pulled $400 00 Daily for this place getting abt $125.00 cate...irs all abt the $$$$$$$at allied not in car in so search all poosibiliries,before going there...read reviews...genersllyy tRUE AND ACCURate save yourself alot,of,aggravation read and go else where I'm off to the Jewish home in Scranton was also considering Mr view Stafford ave but no bedsat the time 2,week wIt...i 4efuse,to subject my self to2 additionalweeks of Sun par,care...mybe staff need to go go to school on patient care and RIFHTS...WHICH THEY LACK ON KBO2ING PRACTICING HERE YYOUR JUST ANOTHER PAYMENT IN THEEIR ACCOUNT TO M2ET PAYROLL AND EXPENSES.....IVE BROUGHT MY CONCE4NS UP TO BU4SIBGVAUPERVISORCLOIS WHICH AGAIN GSIN NO RWSULTS OBLY RWPEATEDILY STAYING "I ARE NOT THE,OBLYV0AT8ENT OTHWRS COME B4 YOU ......NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO EAR..WHILE TRYING TO RECOVER FROM STROKE..TOTSLBS.LOISXJEEDS RETRAIBING TOO

My mother broke her ankle and is in the skilled nursing building. She has had wonderful care. Everyone we meet is kind and caring. This goes for nursing staff, aides and front desk. They have lots of activities for the residents. A wonderful activity director, Brittany, always checks on my Mom to see if she wants to attend functions. She runs herself ragged attending to all the residents.

They do their laundry and have a salon on site. This is a difficult job I'm sure but I can't stress enough the kindess and encouragement they give my Mom. Shout out to a nurse named Kelly. My Mom is on 4th floor of skilled nursing.

The rehabilitation staff are extremely knowledgeable, kind and encouraging.

This place and its unskilled nurses almost killed my grandfather. They were not monitoring his food intake and after 3 days of not eating anything off of his plate, his health rapidly declined. Only after my family member sat down with him during a meal and noticed that he took one bite of food, were we able to link his poor health status to his lack of nutrition and food intake. When confronted, the nurses said "Yes, he is not really eating." and yet they decide not to inform any of the family members of his situation and would have left him to starve to death. The nurses and receptionists are uncaring, rude, and monstrous people. The receptionist was on the phone when I first walked in to visit my grandfather so I waited until she was off of the phone so I could ask her what floor he was on. She continued to ignore me and then said to the person on the other end, "Sometimes people will just know where to go so no I do not need to help her." She deliberately ignored me and was rude ever time I walked in there. A receptionist should greet each and every guest and be polite. Also the nurses are very disrespectful. An elderly lady in the room next to my grandfather's was literally crying for "Someone to please help me!" for 10 minutes with her call light flashing. I grew worried and went to the nurses station and probed them of the situation. They were huddled in a group, looked at me, ignored my question and went back to talking. My own grandfather had to wait 10 minutes with his call light ringing and when no nurse came to help him to the restroom, I decided to help him up. When a nurse came in 20 minutes later and saw he was up, she yelled at me. I told her that an elderly man should not have to hold on for 20 minutes for a nurse to come help him. The nurses are mean and so uncaring. If you have a loved one, do not send them to this place. I am taking my grandfather out of this horrible place and filing a formal complaint asap.

Their skilled nursing wing has some of the worst personnel taking "care" of residents. When a patient doesnt wanna eat ive heard Aids on certain floors say they DONT CARE and just dont feed them. So be careful bringing your family to allied.

Using Waze plus Google Maps at the same time. Waze informs you of accidents, driving conditions and police all at the same time. ❤️ Google driving directions takes you right where you need to go. ❤️ Waze for all the other stuff.
