Very happy with this urgent care. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room, I like the convenience of making the appointment online, it's clean, the staff are friendly, and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here who needs non urgent care.

Excellent!! Very thorough, but quick, care to treat my daughters upper respiratory issues. Check in was right in the waiting room/not very private, but no private info was shared out loud.

The worst experience I ever had. Apparently you treat bronchitis with water. At least that was what I was told.

This place does not protect someone's privacy. All of your information is discussed in front of everyone in the waiting room. They even make you sign in on a online computer where your personal information is disclosed. Waiting time is also very long. Receptionist was very sincere and knows her job well, but this place is lacking protecting privacy and manpower.

This was the rudest experience I ever had. I had gotten a very deep cut on my finger over the weekend and my doctors office was closed. Hoping to not spend all day in he ER the next day I went here. The ladies were extremely rude. As soon as they heard my cut happened over twelve hours previously they basically wanted me to leave. I only wanted them to look at it and tell me what to do with it (keep it wrapped, don't keep it wrapped, take an antibiotic or advice on what kind of ointment to put on it). I received none of it. They didn't even see me. I stood at the desk as they called the nurse practionier out to the desk to look at it. As she kept repeating we can't stitch it you waited too long. I understood that from the receptionist but now what? I felt like I was only bothering them. She should be fired! How rude and inconsiderate. Maybe a new profession ?! You obviously aren't looking to help people. I'm baffled to how others had such a great experience.
