Satisfied customer. I wanted to lower my current policy's rate so I applied for new quotes online from a few different companies, Erie included. I wanted to stay with Erie at the Gilmartin Agency since they've been good to me for years, so I spoke with an agent here named Nancy to see if she could apply the new online quote to my existing policy. She was able to beat the competitors prices while still offering me great coverage and a multi-policy discount. I'm glad I decided to stay with Erie. Nancy was the most professional agent I've ever spoken with.

Great Insurance Agency and would recommend to anyone looking for a better rate for insurance. Took $100 off my monthly bill as compared to Progressive with improved coverage and were very friendly when I went in to set everything up. Spoke with Kirstyn Joyce who was very helpful and knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. She was very easy to contact.
