Went to switch my insurance from Geico to State Farm because Jerry offered me a better rate. I put in the payment, and then called Geico a few days later to cancel my policy with them. They were able to beat his rate by a decent amount so I decided to stay with Geico and I was told I could get a full refund for my first payment with State Farm as long as I was covered the whole time with Geico (which I was). upon canceling I received a check from State Farm for less than the amount I had paid. When I tried to talk with Jerry about the reason he was VERY short with me and very rude, and ended by hanging up on me. It was a very unprofessional conversation during which I wasn't even given the opportunity to speak. Normally I don't leave reviews, and I don't take things personally, but it was a very rude phone call to receive. I gave Jerry a 2 instead of a 1 because my initial dealing with him was good when I set up the account, and he did try to give me a good rate, but in the end, I was very disappointed with his interaction
