Wow. Calamari was like chewing rubber bands that were and inch thick.had to spit into napkin. Waitress had no clue as to what was on tap or in bottle. Had to change beer order 3 times because what was ordered was not available. Usually this is all figured out by the staff prior to opening. Still waiting for food..... OK food comes. Salmon salad. Salmon was previously cooked and reheated. Was so dry. Fish and chips were good. The fries were on the heater for a bit. But otherwise ok. Noticed that the calamari and veggie plate was dipped in the same batter as the fish even though it statest that the calamari is dusted. And the carrot curls in the calamari are actually thick sticks that they use in you salad as well . Waitstaff was nowhere to be found when there was only one other table in the place. Had to flag down for everything. So all in all this place had a cool atmosphere but the food was sub par. Waitstaff was also sub par. Need a cook that knows what they are doing.

Been here before and it was great. Tonight however I get into Scranton late (I'm a pilot) and all I wanted to do was run over and grab some egg rolls before I went to bed. There is a Halloween party going on which is fine. I don't drink and I just came for some food. I get carded and the door man and manager both bend my driver's license and damage it then send me away while talking about me as I'm walking away. I go back to my hotel room across the street and grab my passport. I'm thirty years old and although I look younger, I don't look like a teenager. Manager was apologetic and gave me some money for the damage to my driver's license but I was unaware the kitchen had closed at midnight.

They have Smithwicks and the shepherds pie is awesome. They are not in a hurry, it's a pub, not a bar. I am downgrading them because they are always short staffed at the bar. Why are you stocking the bar at 6 30.

Food was ok, guitar playing was pretty good, but the singer needs voice lessons. I ordered a rare steak and it came medium. Flavor was great. Don't order a mixed drink.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. The food is sub-par - leaving a lot to be desired. The decor is wood. The regulars look uninviting. Some of the staff is friendly - some not. Some have a neat appearance - some look as if they can't wait for their next fix. The dj's look like failures draped in fake gold standing on their pedestals waiting on diners to praise them.
This is a place to go get drunk if you do not care about anything - including yourself.
