The folks at the rental office in Salinas that attended me were pretty chill and had a nice attitude. I felt welcomed and left happy from the office.

I had a reservation for a car and when I went to pick the car up they didn't have a car for me. They stated that there was a car auction show in Pebble Beach and no car was available for me. This was on a Friday, they said the would have one on Monday. I had just left my car to be repaired so I had no transportation. My Ins company had made this reservation for me and they use Hertz. I was so upset and disappointed and upset.

Hertz is awesome! I love the staff they have, very nice people, but I hate that they never answer the phone! I believed hey are probably very short-staffed which of course, is not the employees fault. Those guys do a great job with everything else though.

Fast professional service. They did not have trucks or nice cars.
