I didn't have to wait very long and they were really helpful with the paperwork and financing. The financial girl Carmen helped me and I even got to meet the Manager Robert who was very friendly. They took my MediCal and then helped me get financing for the stuff Medical doesn't cover. Ignore the bad reviews -- if you come in with a bad attitude, no wonder you have a bad time. I am bringing my grandmother here, that's for sure.

Due to work and school, I’ve been unable to come to appointments. It just so happens I’m extremely busy every time the ortho comes in which is only ever twice a week. Each time I requested to have them removed and cancel the contract (I have braces) they would tell me I’m due to be debanded, but then I’d come in and they would extend it. They essentially were refusing me breaking the contract. I mean I could get them into legal trouble. So now, I’m trying to book an appointment, and they aren’t open until January? That’s insane. I move to SD in 2 months. On top of this, every time I went in, I would have to wait 1-2 hours, my questions always go unanswered, the staff can be extremely rude, and overall this office just needs a lot of improvement and help. You’d think with all these terrible reviews of the office, something would change. Don’t go here.

Love it Dr.Egli is awesome always traying to motivate patients and the assistant Laura,Christina,Ana are always on there work they always traying to make patients happy i give all the staff from ortho a 5 start.

Surprisingly good experience! The wait time was not as bad as everyone says, and I was in and out in just over an hour. Maybe I just got lucky. All the staff was friendly and the guy who did the financial stuff was really helpful and made me relaxed.

This place is honestly the SLOWEST dentist iv ever been to. I didn't realize it was an all day thing! I'm going to be finding a new dentist because this is honestly the worst place to go! We have been here for 3 hours 1 in the waiting room 2 in a chair waiting ! It's the slowest day for them witch is why we scheduled today! They litterly have 15 workers and 2 doctors. They lost my crown for my tooth! How organized! This place is honestly the WORST place iv been to I RATE A 1 STAR FOR A REASON! I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many bad reviews over the years and they don't care about our opinion to change.
