I had an appt with Dr Lew at 1pm. He showed up at 1:25. He didnt know why i was there. I see him every 3 or 4 months because of medivpcatioon im on. H went on about my headaches changing to migraines. He wouldn't help me for my migraines because I'm bipolar and he said bipolar patients have a problem not taking meds as prescribed he also said if the medication he gave me before doesn't work to stop taking it so basically he didn't help me. I also had a few other things to talk to him about but he said he didn't have time because other patients were waiting. Maybe if he wasn't 25 minutes late he would of had time. I walked out of the exam room. When I got home I called the practice back and the best they had to offer was a physician's assistant. I left a message 2ith the manager. I wonder if she'll call me back.

My 87 year old Mother sees 2 different Drs here, and so does my fiancee. They see Dr. Chen, and Dr Revers. We have not experienced any of the situations described in earlier reviews. We check in, and have never had to wait more than 10min. Appointments are given on a timely basis, staff is professional and friendly.. (some can smile a little more, but I guess everyone is entitled to have a bad day) Overall, highly recommend this medical facility!
PS..I will say that my fiancee saw two other doctors at Primecare before finding a great fit with Dr Chen and Dr Revers. The first two had terrible "bedside manner" - however, switching to a different Dr was easy & painless....and there are so many to choose from here, bound to hit it off with "the right one" for your needs! ;)

I was on hold for 10 minutes, asked if I could set up an appointment as a new patient, the woman on the phone said appointments for new patients won't be booked no less than 5-6 weeks from today. Sad.

Dr. Patton is Great! Most of the staff is extremely nice with the exception of the ladies that work in the appointment desk when leaving.
