Horrible customer service. The entire staff is worthless. They can't keep their files straight and organized. Their incompetence has driven me away as a customer. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Have transferred my scripts to Sherman's where they know how to do their job and do it in a timely manner and with a smile. Will not be returning to Allcare.

I have had multiple problems with this pharmacy for the same prescription. A wrong insurance on file despite me handing them the correct insurance, prescriptions being filled and never receiving a call to inform me, and the latest this past Friday was a call to be charged for a refill to be delivered. I was charged, told I would recieve it by the following Saturday at 6pm at the latest. I never received my prescription and when I called the following Monday to inform them that I had been charged and hadn't received my rx, I was told there was no refill on file and that they didn't have it. Regrettably they are the only pharmacy in the area that's known to transgender friendly and I have to continue using them for my rx, but I would suggest going anywhere else.
