In-N-Out Burger

Only use when I need food quickly. Food is not too Healthy and it's always very busy. Average quality, service is above average. I have never eaten the whole meal without throwing half the fries away.

This store convinced me of what terrible and ridiculous customer service is. I understand when things are busy but it wasn't that busy. Employee was rude when I got my order. I let it sly and still thanked her because that's how I am but it did get under my skin because why be rude to a customer who isn't rude to you. I've worked in a fast food joint was a manager as well and yes it's stressful but why act like you don't care it are irritated. In reality all these customers are paying your bills. I didn't pay to have cold food. Fries were way too soft. They didn't even offer to make me new food or apologize just said they couldn't get me a refund because I had no receipt. I repeated the number and order. Ordered maybe 10/15 Min and they were trying to say "oh well". Management get your crew on check. Never going back and will highly recommend to others to avoid this location.

Terrible service/food quality. If I had to give a rating for customer service it would be a negative 10. I have worked at store 95 which has a higher volume of individuals which this location did not have tonight. These associates did not meet the company standard whatsoever. All of the food of my companion and mine was cold no heat at at all. I went to return to ask for a refund and they seemed irritated and non apologetic and refused to give me a cash refund and insisted a gift because they "could not retrace my order. I then said I'll look in the trash since they couldn't and apparently can't look at cameras. Then then suddenly changed their mood and somehow traced it. I'm not sure the morning shift is the same as the night but management should take inconserdation who is in charge. Will not return to this location.

I went to eat at this place for the first time and was shocked at what I found...
The staff was kind, but the food was of very poor quality for the price. I'm not fond of McDonald's, but I would have got better food there. The meat was undercooked and thin, I couldn't even taste my burger through the break and veggies. I'm guessing that the burger wouldn't have had much flavor if I could have tasted it. My fries were over cooked and plain, I thought that at least those would have been ok. I will not be returning to this restaurant for any reason and I'm hoping I don't get sick from eating their food.

I'm a Texan who just came over to California to visit the mountains and went to Yosemite and Sequoia parks and I was told that by it another California that in and out is one of the best burger joints ever. So naturally after several people said it's really good I had to try it for myself and the burgers taste wonderful they're fresh they have a good flavor they're not too salty and the onions and a nice crisp fresh taste that's not acidic. The fries are made in the restaurant from scratch and what I love about the Fry's so much is there is no added salt or oil on them. I feel like other restaurants can learn from in-N-outs marketing. The milkshakes are really good they're not too sweet they're not too cold to drink. I would actually recommend this burger restaurant to anyone who loves burgers or wants to try something that's delicious. If you're a Texan and you're coming into California you have to try the food
