I wouldn't even give them one star if the option was available..
Had a manager physically assult me when I wanted a refund..
Began cursing and throwing my receipt across the counter..
Then she came from behind the counter to sucker punch me..
Corporate did absolutely nothing..
She's still there and still a manager..
DO NOT..I REPEAT..DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ASK FOR A REFUND BACK IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER/FOOD PREPARED..
MINE SO HAPPENED TO BE TAMPERED WITH..HENCE THE REASON FOR THE REFUND..
YOU WILL GET PHYSICALLY ASSULTED!!

Not even 3min in the door and HORRIBLE , RIDE, DISRESPECTFUL service.
Haven't even tried the food yet and already a bad rating. SAD

Both their KFC Original Recipe and Extra Crispy are prepared to perfection. Their order accuracy has dramatically improved. The counter staff is always pleasant.
We tried the new saucy coated recipes and found the newest, the Kentucky Gold honey mustard recipe is good; Original recipe is the best.
This KFC's dining room is clean, better than other KFC I've visited; even the drink area is cleaner.

Walked in they had me wait about 10 minutes before they took my order the young lady in the front looked and acted lost. I finally got to order. And I'm waiting once again. Then after about 5 minutes more they realized they are out of biscuits and it is going to take them 16 more minutes to get me out my order and so they ask I'd I like a soda.....just a soda for 16 more minutes. Now let's add up management. 10 +5 16 = 31 minutes for my order. That is bad and I cannot believe they only offered me a soda... just terrible service
