They got 1 start because I can't rate no lower.... This has got to be the worst & nastiest Pilot that I've ever been. Always is, but today took it to a new level. Went to the bathroom to find a guy washing his clothes & bathing in the commode. I went to one of the employees and told them, they said they was going on break, so I went to the manager and told them. They said "Really, that's nasty." And then went about his way!!!! WTH

TV in driver lounge broken, completely disasterous entry/exit driveway that blocks traffic sometimes on connecting streets 200 yds away, almost no one is speaking ENGLISH. No hot food unless you count yet another SUBWAY. Salinas Valley is not as new, but at least it's not a NIGHTMARE.

Would not honor my Good Sam membership (which is in good standing) for discount at front register. Was unable to purchase at the pump, which was affecting others as well. Worst customer service ever.
