The burritos here are some of the best I've had in a long, long time. If you ask for a special burrito (sour cream/guac/etc), they don't skimp out or give you a tiny little bit; they're so full that my fiance sometimes treats it as a dip with chips before she can take another bite into it! The (I assume) owners are also so wonderfully nice and helpful. I came in once ~5-10 minutes before closing (I didn't know their hours) along with a wave of teens right at their marked closing time and they were all smiles and chatting with the customers like they had all the time in the world.

I've been coming here for years almost weekly and it's been great. Super nice people, cheap food. The California burrito is the best!

Loved it! Great prices, fast service, delicious food. Mixes good Mexican know-how for cuisine with good Salinas-grown produce. Had the "Wednesday special" of two beef enchiladas, beans and rice - it was very good. I would absolutely return and try more food there.

This place is the best!
Clean, affordable, friendly, and AUTHENTIC! I wish they were open later, and all weekend long. All of their dishes are excellent, and I go there for both lunch (with co-workers), and dinner (take out). The people here are great, and I've never been disappointed.
